At IKEA we have a wide variety of quality pillows, quilts and mattresses, so chances are good you'll find a comfort solution that's just right for you. But sometimes, after a while, you may start to feel that the pillow is higher than you thought, or the mattress too soft.
If you're not completely satisfied with your new pillow, quilt, mattress or mattress pad, bring it back within 90 days and we'll exchange it for one that you love.
Return and Exchange Policy
You may exchange any of the below listed products once within 90 days if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
We recommend you try your mattress or bedding for at least 30 days, since it takes a while for your body to adapt to a new comfort solution.
Below listed products can be exchanged after the package is opened.
This policy applies to:
SULTAN mattresses
SULTAN wooden-base spring mattresses
SULTAN slatted bed bases
GOSA pillows & MYSA quilts
IKEA 365+ pillows & IKEA 365+ quilts
* Sorry, we cannot accept returns on products from the As-Is outlet.
Please take your purchase along with the original receipt to the Returns Counter at your IKEA store.
For credit card purchases, be sure to bring the card by which you made the payment, together with your credit card receipt and your ID.
We will issue an IKEA gift card with the amount equivalent to your purchase price.
Please purchase the new item you wish to exchange for using this gift card.
Delivery and transportation costs for exchanging items will be at your expense.
