Information for the Christmas tree sales

Thank you always for shopping at IKEA.

We have planned to import and sell the real Xmas tree between Nov 18th and Dec 6th. However quarantine has found the bug in the trees which could not pass the import test. IKEA Japan is now doing its best to procure the alternative trees but we are facing the difficulty.

We are very sorry for you who have been looking forward to the trees but we need to postpone the sales from 18th. It will be eventually very limited quantity.

We will keep you updated with the latest sales information on our website.

IKEA will further work on securing the product quality and safety. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
